Andrea Hickman, Senior Office and Events Manager, is a highly organized event specialist and operations manager with over 15 years of experience bringing complex logistics to life. Known for her meticulous attention to detail, she handles every aspect of event production, from budget management and vendor contract negotiations to onsite execution and registration setups. Her diverse background spans managing intimate client dinners and corporate staff retreats to coordinating national scientific conferences for global foundations.
Prior to joining SMI, Andrea managed day-to-day operations for ANNDYL Policy Group, utilizing technology to streamline workflows and keep projects moving. She loves collaborating with different partners to ensure every event runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Andrea holds a B.A. in Sociology and Anthropology from Mount Allison University in New Brunswick, Canada.
