Hannah Morrow, Director, is a seasoned congressional staffer with nearly a decade of legislative experience in the U.S. House of Representatives. Most recently, she served as Director of Government Relations for Defense Programs at Saildrone, an unmanned surface vehicle company, where she led congressional engagement for maritime domain awareness initiatives with the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard.
Prior to her work in the private sector, Hannah was Military Legislative Assistant to Rep. Bradley Byrne (AL-01), supporting his role on the House Armed Services Committee. She later served as Legislative Director for Rep. John Rutherford (FL-05), managing his policy team and advising on defense, veterans affairs, and international relations in support of his work on the House Appropriations Committee.
Hannah holds a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
