James Zheng is a recently retired Chief Scientist with 18 years of extensive military experience in the U.S. Army. He is also the CEO and President of Zheng Consulting. Dr. Zheng is an exceptional science and engineering professional with a strong background in military science and technology. His skills are vast, with a focus on research and development, program management, ballistics, materials sciences, experiment design, data analysis, test methods/instrumentation, government acquisition, and contracting.
Dr. Zheng holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Purdue University.
