John Frazier Glenn, Ph.D., is an accomplished research and development executive with over 40 years of experience in biomedical research.

Dr. Frazier is a former U.S. Army Medical Service Corps officer and member of the U.S. Army Senior Executive Service, John has served as a Senior Technical Advisor to the U.S. Army Human Dimension Council and as the U.S. Principal Member on NATO’s Human Factors and Medicine Panel. His current focus is on the relationship between health and performance, particularly brain health.

John possesses deep expertise in Military Operational Medicine, Combat Casualty Care, and Clinical and Rehabilitative Medicine. He also brings a broad understanding of military R&D needs and priorities. His leadership includes strategic planning, program evaluation, team building, and organizational development. John has effectively communicated with senior leaders in both the government and private sectors, contributing to the advancement of biomedical research nationally and internationally.
