Karen Coleman-Dillon, Office Manager, has a proven track records and 30 years of experience in office operations and conference management.
Prior to joining SMI, she worked for a federal contractor supporting executive offices at the Pentagon, the Office of Naval Research, and commercial clients. Her roles included serving as the client liaison, providing on-site program analysts, managing office operations and budget, overseeing the administrative team, and managing conferences. Karen has organized, coordinated and supported over 600 conferences for the federal government and commercial clients nationwide. Her proactive approach includes strong attention to details from start to finish and providing the highest quality support to all clients.
