Head of the Structures Division at Naval Air Systems Command
Mr. Mike Dubberly brings over 37 years of experience in aircraft structural design, analysis, testing, and fleet management.
Mr. Dubberly’s accomplishments include development of structural design requirements currently used on all Navy Aircraft, pioneering efforts in developing and introducing composite structures on Navy aircraft, and developing and implementing a fleet structural management philosophy, based on individual aircraft diagnostics. Previously, Mr. Dubberly spent over a decade as the Head of the Structures division at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), following an 11-year career as an engineer for NAVAIR Structures focusing on fighter / attack aircraft strength.
Mr. Dubberly holds a B.A. in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology as well as an M.S. in Structural Engineering from the George Washington University.
