Ms. Sarah Blackwood brings a combined 20 years of experience in the Executive Branch, on Capitol Hill, and in the private sector.
Ms. Blackwood’s public service includes a political appointment at the U.S. Department of Energy as the Legislative Affairs Director for the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). Prior to EERE, she served as a Legislative Assistant for Rep. Martin Frost (TX) and Legislative Director and Professional Staff on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee for Rep. Jerry Costello (IL). She has guided clients of all sizes and types - from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, non-profits, and labor unions - to success in Washington.
Ms. Blackwood has a B.A. in Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Sydney.
